two day leadership training

Catalyst leadership focuses on empowering others to foster transformation, enable others to reach their full potential, and creating environments that are impactful.
The Catalyst Leadership training is an opportunity to explore your leadership
 through a Biblical framework of maintaining a learning mindset, listening well, vision, attitude, responsibility, ownership and forgiveness.  
It is a two-day coaching experience designed to transform your organization and catalyze your leadership and ministry teams. 
The training focuses a relevant question — what does it mean to be a leader? Most people have learned various strategies and models of leadership that have provided a degree of success. Yet, this two-day training will expand your view of leadership and open up new possibilities for conversation and action. 
The training is designed to allow you to discover the automatic assumptions that influence your decision-making, identify strategies that are and aren’t working in your leadership, and experience a training facilitated by professional transformational trainers. It is one thing to know what to do as a leader, it is quite another to know who to be.

training structure

The Catalyst Leadership Training takes place over two consecutive days. Each full day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00pm the first day, and by  5:30pm the second day. 
While in the training, you will have the opportunity to engage in open dynamic lecturettes, structured experiential exercises, relevant situational simulations, group discussions, professional interactive coaching from people currently in ministry roles, networking and study materials.
Breaks are approximately every 2-3 hours.
